I had a lovely Easter stay by the beach! The location is just perfect, right in the heart of town with stunning sea views from my room-waking up to the sound of crashing waves was pure bliss. Plus, the food was amazing, with a great variety on the menu. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, making the experience even better!
There were some downsides. The room could have used a better clean and the internal layout was a bit confusing. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired with limited options. it was a mixed bag.

While we faced challenges with cleanliness and service, the surrounding beauty of Tenby made up for some of it. The beach access offered us relaxing moments, and the nearby landmarks like Tenby Castle and St Mary’s Church enriched our family bonding. Geoffrey the gull became a charming companion, reminding us to cherish the little joys amidst setbacks.

Location of the hotel is fantastic. Very friendly staff. Traditional British seaside town.

I was really let down by the room condition. The shower was tiny with terrible water pressure, making it more effective to stand in the rain. For £150 a night, I expected way better-that's just unacceptable!

Ask for a room with a sea view. the sunset can be quite mesmerizing and enhances the overall experience.

Location was fantastic. The receptionist? Extremely friendly, made all the difference. Our room had these amazing sea views, captivating at sunset. Oh, and the tea and coffee? Such a nice bonus in the room, really adds to the whole experience.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the experience was still acceptable.

The location was great, really close to all the shops. The double room with sea views was fine! We loved the food. It was excellent. The super nice team, especially during the maintenance issues with our heating. They even upgraded us to a premier room!

great stay but minor issues
The room was spacious and perfectly clean with a fine view of the beach. The staff's attentiveness.
The bathroom amenities could use an upgrade to match the quality of the room.

The lobby and bar downstairs has a great feeling, and the views are amazin during summer! Staff were polite and helpful, and the barman was a gent. Totally worth the price i paid for my stay.
the shower didn't work in the mornings, and the room was kinda shabby and needed some TLC.
